Na predavanju boste skupaj naredili tudi dolo\u010dene tehnike MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) programa obvladovanja stresa na temelju \u010duje\u010dnosti, razvitega na Medicinski fakulteti Univerze Massachusetts, ZDA (dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn). Program MBSR je najbolj priznan, eden naju\u010dinkovitej\u0161ih in najbolj znanstveno raziskanih programov s podro\u010dja obvladovanja stresa s \u010duje\u010dnostjo. Znanstvene raziskave zadnjih 40 let ka\u017eejo \u0161tevilne pozitivne u\u010dinke tega programa na podro\u010dju \u010dlovekovega psihofizicnega zdravja.<\/p>\n<p>Prijave sprejemajo na mateja.lenarcic@institut-medius.si (z imenom in priimkom).
